Can I book a day-of appointment?

Yes, I accept day-of appointments if there is availability. DM or submit a form to request; there will be a $25 up-charge.

If I cancel my appointment, can my deposit be credited towards another appointment?

Yes, deposit credits are good for 3 months. DM or submit a form when you are ready to use your credit.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You can text or DM Jada to make a last minute cancellation or reschedule. If you are canceling or rescheduling in advance, you can DM or submit a form including your name and appointment details.

Can I book an appointment before or after your normal service hours?

Yes, if there is availability. There will be a corresponding up-charge for the requested time. Please DM or submit a form including the requested date and time.

How soon in advance can I book an appointment?

Appointments for the following month opens exactly one week from the 1st. There will be a post on Jada.Glams Instagram page indicating the date and time the following month will be available for booking.

If I book a Soft Glam, can I bring my own lashes for you to apply?

No, Soft Glams does not include lash application.

When will I receive the full address? 

The full address will be included in the reminder email you'll receive 24hrs prior to your appointment.

How long will my makeup last?

Makeup applications typically last up to 12-16 hours. I do not recommend sleeping in your makeup!

Do you travel?

Only for wedding parties and photoshoots of 6+.

What are your group rates?

Group rates start at groups of 6+. Pricing depends on the selected Glam; please submit a form with more details on your group.

Should I get my eyebrows done before my appointment?

I do recommend having your brows groomed.

(waxed, threaded, etc.)

I have on eyelash extensions, am I still able to book with you?

Yes; however, please note that there is a possibility they can get a bit messy with product falling on them.

I would NOT recommend booking a Full Glam if you are wearing extensions.
