Policy

Prior to Booking with Jada Glams, Please Note the Following...

  • Be sure to read ALL details in your 24hr appointment reminder email.

​

  • Remaining balances are to be paid with cash or Zelle ONLY. (Zelle payments must be sent at the start of your appointment)

​

  • Deposits are completely non-refundable, only transferable for credit.​

​

  • No additional guests are allowed to sit-in during your appointment (including parents, children, friends, etc.) 

​

  • I will not service you if you appear to be intoxicated/hungover.​

​

  • Unless an emergency, please refrain from using your phone while being serviced. 

​

  • If unable to make your appointment, please reach out to Jada to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

​

  • No shows result in permanent exemption from any further services; please DO NOT book. If you were once a no-show and book another appointment, it will be canceled immediately and your deposit will not be refunded.

​

  • If getting dropped off to your appointment, please be sure to have your ride back for you on time. You will NOT be able to wait inside. Ask Jada, at your appointment, exactly how long your glam will take.

​

  • Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive earlier, please note that you will not be able to be let in nor serviced until your scheduled time.
